The BY Construction Training class prepares students for a career in construction by combining basic skill development with industry-recognized curriculum and job readiness training. Students that successfully complete the class will receive an NCCER Core and OSHA 10 certifications.
This special class at the Hawthorne Center will prepare residents of Westside Indianapolis (Zip Codes 46202, 46208, 46221, 46222, 46224, and 46241) for careers in construction jobs at companies working on the 16 Tech Center development. The class will be offered at the Hawthorne Community Center and will provide students with skill certifications and employability skills.
